What is your return policy?

No returns or exchanges will be made unless I made a mistake with your order. Please contact me if you have a dispute with photos to verify your claim. I cannot be responsible for lost packages or sent to a bad address given to me.  If your package goes missing, please reach out and I will do my best to help locate it.

Customs Fees

Customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred during delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please be patient in this difficult and uncertain time, I promise to ship out orders as quickly as possible given the difficulty of movement currently in my city. Your continued support means very much, thank you!

I ship orders between 3-7 days after it has been placed. Once shipped most US/Canadian orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 and 12 weeks. Sometimes things might get stuck at customs and could take up to 3 months.

Between April - September your order may take up to 2 weeks to ship due to my being on the road often during this period.
